"I brought this because I was moving home. And my cats are 10 years old and only knew the home I lived in . I was so worried how stressed they would be. But I plugged this in and my cats instantly calmed down. It have made the move so mucb easier on them. An absolute god send. Works incredibly well."
"I’ve only been using the plug in for 3 weeks, it’s in the hallway and because of the heatwave I e got the back door open so I guess it’s flowing out the door, I’m not seeing any/ much change in Joan, she has no inappropriate behaviours so that’s good, she’s just very nervous and hides all the time, she also won’t interact or play with her brother, she’ll happily play on her own but if jack tries to join in she stops and moves out the way, she is however very loving but only in my bedroom so I think this is her safe space, I was advised that antidepressants might help her, I was reluctant to go down this route, and after speaking to my vet she advised not to but highly recommended feliway, and said this is different to the others. "We have 4 indoor cats. I've never needed to use Feliway before now. We have 3 one year old cats and have just fostered a 9 week old kitten. At the same time we've had to have our front door on the latch to circulate some air as it's been stifling. The most placid of our 3 cats reacted badly to the outdoor noises, he started hiding in a cupboard and was showing signs of ideopathic cystitis due to stress. Although the new addition was kept separate, the new smells and change of routine did not help matters. I immediately thought of and purchased Feliway. I previously worked in veterinary practices so knew about the product but never needed to use it until now. It worked a treat, I immediately noticed our scared kitty interacting more and using he litter tray freely. He's now interacting with the new addition and seems much calmer. "The Feliway diffuser itself is a great product — it worked perfectly , i purchased it as I was going away and had cat sitters so wanted to reduce stress . Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the courier service. My parcel was left outside an office building with no attempt to deliver it in person, which meant I had to go hunting for it for a couple of days ! Not ideal. That said, the customer service team were exceptional. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely keen to resolve the issue, which I really appreciated. Overall: excellent product and brilliant support — just a shame the delivery process didn’t match the same standard."

"Purdey had always been shy,but two physically and emotionally damaging encounters with the local bully cat when very young shattered what little confidence she had. What to do? Lots of love and treats helped, but the starting,wide-eyed,at the slightest noise or sudden movement wasn’t improved.
